When you submit an application, we collect your first name, last name, email address, career coaching credentials, the reason you want to join, and your GDPR consent preference.

How we use your information

• To review your application and decide whether to approve your membership.
• To contact you about your application and membership.
• To send you other relevant information about career coaching and / or the Career Coach Forum.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you provide by ticking the consent checkbox on the application form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

How we store and share your data

Your information is stored securely in our database and may be emailed to the group administrator for review. We also add your email address to our MailerLite email mailing list so we can send you information about the group. We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, please email us at hello@careercoachforum.org.

Retention

We keep your application data for as long as necessary to manage your membership and communicate with you. If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove it promptly unless we are required to keep it by law.
